Cancellation Policy
I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for canceling, or rescheduling, any appointment. Failure to provide a notice will result in a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. A deposit may be required to book future appointments.
Any “no call no shows” will be charged 50% of their missed service. A deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Any deposit received will be taken off the future appointments total. If the future appointments is missed, or cancelled outside of policy, the deposit is non refundable.
*Multiple cancellations, or missed appointments without proper notice can result in refusal of service.
I understand that unexpected circumstances may arrise, especially last minute. I assure you I will be sympathetic under certain circumstances.
